Homemade exfoliating mask - Maschera esfoliante fatta in casa

Today I want to suggest a recipe for an exfoliating mask.
The recipe was recommended by my grandmother ...... Sometimes the simplest things can give amazing results.
We need:

water
olive oil
sugar
soap

Procedure:

Wet your face with warm water.
Apply some oil on your face and massage, take and pass the sugar on your face with light pressure and circular movements.
Rinse your face with soap and water ....... that's it!
If you have a combination skin, rinse a second time.
With this mask you have removed all the impurities from the face and the skin will remain hydrated and bright!

Oggi voglio consigliarvi una ricetta di una maschera esfoliante.
La ricetta è stata consigliata da mia nonna ......A volte le cose pìù semplici possono dare risultati stupefacenti.
Abbiamo bisogno di:

acqua
olio di oliva
zucchero
sapone

Procedimento:

Bagnate il viso con acqua tiepida.
Applicate un pò d'olio sul viso e massaggiate, prendete dello zucchero e passatelo sul viso esercitando una leggera pressione e movimenti rotatori.
Risciacquate il viso con acqua e sapone ....... il gioco è fatto!
Se avete una pelle mista, risciacquate una seconda volta.
Con questa maschera avrete tolto tutte le impurità dal viso e la pelle rimarrà idratata e luminosa!
